Air Tight Construction
We’re making air leaks a thing of the past, by building better, right from the start. We begin by sealing the “sill plate,” where the foundation meets the wood framing. Then we seal all the places where leakage,could occur, such as: electrical wiring holes, exhaust and fresh air ducts, pluming holes, heating, cooling and jumper ducts.
Air Quality
Our air tight construction helps keep out dust, dirt and pollution. The ventilation system brings fresh air in and moves stale air out. Our homes are also equipped with a filtration system which is 15 times more efficient at removing small particles from the air than traditional filtration systems. This system connects directly to your home’s duct work.
Air Conditioning
We install refrigerated air conditioning in all our new homes. It operates on what is called a “close system.” This means your summer cooling works just like your winter heating, utilizing recirculated air, plus a little fresh air, to - and keep - your home comfortable no matter what it’s like outside.

At Artistic Homes we blow in our insulation so we are certain of full coverage and proper installation. |
